Yes, alcohol can be brought into the concert area by those of legal drinking age, but it must be in cans or plastic containers - glass is strictly prohibited.

No, camping vouchers are sold separately.
What does a camping voucher include?
A camping voucher includes the 5 day/4 night rental of a self-contained 20' X 40' campsite, Thursday through Monday (August 2 - 6), and can accommodate 6 occupants or less. Concert area access passes are sold separately.
Am I able to camp longer if i'd like?
Yes, but all extended stay arrangements must be made with Hilah Ayers Wilderness RV Park management and standard overnight camping charges will apply.
are propane fire pits allowed in the festival camping area?

No, with the exception of service animals.

Yes, but they can only be left unattended in an air conditioned RV/trailer with sufficient food and water. Any animal perceived to be in distress will be reported immediately.
does it matter if the name on the ticket isn't the same as the person redeeming it?
No, ticket holder information is only necessary for the purchase process. Identification isn't required.
is re-entry allowed?
Yes, tickets are redeemed for festival wristbands that can be used to come and go as you please.
how do I redeem my ticket for a wristbands?
Tickets can be redeemed for wristbands upon arrival at the festival or within 1 week of the event at the venue office. We strongly recommend redeeming tickets during the week to avoid lineups and longer wait times.
will there be food vendors at the festival?
Yes, several food trucks/trailers will be onsite serving a variety of delicious fast food items.
Is there onsite parking?
Yes, complimentary onsite parking is available.
Will there be merchants at the festival?
Yes, several local vendors selling an assortment of products and handmade goods will be in attendance. Festival and artist merchandise will also be sold within the concert area.
WHAT DOES A CONCERT BOOTH RENTAL INCLUDE?
It includes a self-contained 10' X 10' space inside the concert area, festival access for two people, and the use of table and chairs if necessary.
When can VENDOR booths be set up?
Set up is permitted on Thursday and Friday, August 2nd & 3rd, between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; however, the concert area is completely enclosed for security reasons so event staff must be contacted for site access and booth assignment.
WHERE IS THE MERCHANT MARKETPLACE?
It is located along the pathway between day parking and the concert area entrance.
Are there any vendor sales restrictions?
No; however, products, services, and/or displayed content should be all age appropriate and anti-discriminatory.
WHAT if a vendor requires additional space?
Additional booths can be rented as needed and event staff will ensure the corresponding number of successive spots are reserved.
