RESERVATION HOW-TO GUIDE
Step 1
When on the Pigeon Lake Music Festival website, click the Tickets/Camping tab in the navigation bar. Scroll down to the camping section and review the information on our different camping areas. Once you know which area you would like to book, select the Book Your Site button to be directed to the reservation page.

Step 2
Once on the reservation landing page, review the map and click on the campsite you would like to book. Available sites will be shown in green on the map. Click Select to Book and then Add to Cart to proceed to checkout. Please note that all campsites are unserviced, and no picnic tables or firepits are provided. Sites 101 to 108 in Countryside and sites 481 to 484 in Outland are oversized at 30 x 50 feet and can only be booked by units 40+ feet in length. Oversized sites are for oversized units only, not group camping. The travel dates for your selected event will be indicated, there is no need to change this. Guests are permitted to stay any number of nights within the duration indicated on the booking. Check-in selection instructions are provided in your booking confirmation. More information on this in Step 9.

If you have camped at Hilah Ayers Wilderness RV Park previously or any other Camp Reservations Canada campground, you may already have an account. You can log in to your account, create a new one, or checkout as a guest.

Step 4
You will have 30 minutes to complete your reservation. Enter your name, the total number of adults and children staying onsite, and trailer/RV dimensions. Under the “Extras” section, check if you plan to bring a second or third vehicle or any pets. If you are bringing pets, you must write their name and animal type in the “Customer Comment” box. If you have more than three pets, please get in touch with [email protected]. Once this page has been filled out, click next.

Here, you will see a cost breakdown of your reservation, plus any extras that were added. Check the box to acknowledge that your camping unit will fit in the selected site, reconfirm the RV type and dimensions, and then select next. If your unit is too big, or too small (in the case of oversized sites), you will not be able to advance to the next page. Go back and select a different site. Adjoining sites in a lengthwise arrangement may be selected to fit oversized units if no other option exists.

Enter your payment contact information to use your credit card.
You will also need to enter your license plate number.
If you are ready to move on and complete your transaction, press the Next button. If you would like to add another campsite to your transaction, press the Add Another Booking.

You have now arrived at the payment page. Check the boxes to agree to the terms, conditions, policies, and bylaws. Scrolling down you will see the Payment Total section indicating the total amount due. Below this is the Payment Information section. Please enter your credit card information. Once completed, click Book Now.
If you need to add another booking to your transaction and did not do so in the last step, the Add Another Booking button is also available in this step of the booking process.

After completing all information, click Book Now to confirm your reservation. Your campsite is now booked!

You will receive a confirmation email and receipt. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Your confirmation email will contain a link to select your check-in time. There are a limited number of check-in slots per hour, so it’s advisable to fill out this form as soon as possible to secure a preferred check-in time.
