RESERVATION HOW-TO GUIDE
1. Go to https://www.plmf.ca/ and click the Summer Showcase section in the top navigation bar. When the drop-down menu appears, click on the “Camping” section. Review the information and select the camping area you want to stay in by clicking the “Book Your Site Now” button within the applicable graphic.
2. You will then be directed to the reservation page. Select the preferred dates for your stay. Please note that the camping fees are a flat rate for the entire event, but guests are permitted to stay any number of nights between Thursday June 27th and Monday July 1st. When your preferred dates are selected, press the Search button to view available sites.
3. You will then be directed to the site map for your selected camping area, and available sites will be shown in green. Select your campsite, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout. Please note that all sites are unserviced, and picnic tables and firepits are not provided. Sites 100-103 in Countryside Camping and sites 437-440 in Outland Camping are oversized at 30x50 feet and can only be booked for units that are 40+ feet in length. Oversized sites are for oversized units only, not group camping.
4. If you have camped at Hilah Ayers Wilderness RV Park previously or any other Camp Reservations Canada campground, you may already have an account. You can log in to your account, create a new one, or checkout as a guest. Select the option that suits you best.
5. You will have 20 minutes to complete your reservation. Enter your name, the total number of adults and children staying onsite, and trailer/RV dimensions. Under the “Extras” section, check if you plan to bring a second or third vehicle or any pets. If you are bringing pets, you must write their name and animal type in the “Customer Comment” box. If you have more than three pets, please get in touch with [email protected]. Once this page has been filled out, click next.
6. Here, you will see a cost breakdown of your reservation, plus any extras that were added. Check the box to acknowledge that your camping unit will fit in the selected site, reconfirm the RV type and dimensions, and then select next. If your unit is too big or too small in the case of oversized sites, you will not be able to advance to the next page. Go back and select a different site.
7. Enter your payment contact information to use your credit card. You will also need to enter your license plate number.
8. You have now arrived at the payment page. Agree to the terms, conditions, policies, and bylaws, and then enter your payment information.
9. After completing all information, click “Book Now” to confirm your reservation. Your campsite is now booked!
You will receive a confirmation email and receipt. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Your confirmation email will contain a link to select your check-in time. There are a limited number of check-in slots per hour, so it’s advisable to fill out this form as soon as possible to secure a preferred check-in time.
