TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment is due upon receipt.
Please use the northernmost camping entrance for registration purposes.
Check-in times are as follows:
- Wednesday, July 29th: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Thursday, July 30th - Sunday, August 2nd: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Check-ins are by appointment only. Please be sure to select your check-in time before July 20th, 2026. A link to do so will be provided in your camp reservation booking receipt. Changes can be made to your check-in through your selection confirmation email by clicking the “Edit Submission” link at the bottom of the page. A $30 penalty will be applied to your reservation if a check-in time is not selected, or you arrive outside it, and delays may occur.
Checkout is at 11 am on Monday, August 3rd, 2026.
Upon arrival, if your unit does not fit in the selected site, you will be required to make another reservation, subject to availability.
Oversized sites are for oversized units only, not group camping.
Guests are permitted to stay any number of nights between Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, and Monday, August 3rd, 2026.
Compliance checks will be conducted randomly, so please have your confirmation readily available.
No refunds are provided if a cancellation occurs. You can transfer your reservation to another guest if you are no longer able to attend by completing a transfer request form by July 20th, 2026. Requests received after the deadline will not be accepted.
NOTE: Countryside and Outland campsites are limited to 1 RV, 1 tent, and 1 vehicle, and Wildwood campsites are limited to 1 tent or RV, and 1 vehicle. Overnight parking passes are available at an extra cost, and additional vehicles must park in the designated overnight parking area, not on your site.
