Great music deserves great food! Pigeon Lake Music Festival brings together a highly engaged, family-friendly crowd for three days of live music and camping. With 3,000 tickets per day and 682 campsites selling out, our food vendors are a big part of the weekend experience. We’re proud to showcase great local cuisine and welcome vendors who can keep our festival crowd fuelled from the first bite to the final encore.

Self-contained setup: Spaces are unserviced. Vendors supply their own power, potable water and wastewater management.

Application requirements: Full menu with prices, a colour photo of your unit, dimensions including the tongue, and proof of $2 million general liability insurance.

Permits and approvals: Vendors are responsible for required permits, licences and inspections. A valid AHS certificate must be provided and displayed.

Full-weekend commitment: Units must remain in place until the day after the festival concludes.
Concert Vendors
Bring your awesome products right into the heart of Pigeon Lake Music Festival! Our concert vendors set up inside the concert bowl, surrounded by live music and a lively, family-friendly crowd. With a limited mix of vendor and sponsor booths, it’s a great opportunity to showcase your business, connect with festivalgoers and sell your goods throughout three days of Canadian music.

Operating hours: Friday, 4–11:30 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 1–11 p.m.

Limited spaces: Applications and product lists are reviewed before acceptance. All products and displays must be appropriate for all ages.

Application requirements: Full product list, a colour photo of your booth and its outside dimensions.

Unserviced booths: Power and internet are not provided. Power banks and battery packs are welcome; generators are prohibited.

Plan for cash sales: Mobile reception is extremely weak and may affect payment processing.

Daily preparation access: Vendors can enter on foot one hour before public gates open to restock and prepare.

Loading and parking: A service entrance and loading zone are available during designated setup times. Vehicles are never permitted inside the concert area.

Full-weekend commitment: Booths must remain in place until the day after the festival concludes.

Overnight security: The concert area is enclosed and patrolled overnight. Vendors should also secure their own booths and inventory.
