• Countryside and Outland campsites are limited to 1 RV, 1 tent, and 1 vehicle, and Wildwood campsites are limited to 1 tent or RV, and 1 vehicle. 
• Overnight parking passes are available at an extra cost, and additional vehicles must park in the designated overnight parking area, not on your site.
• Reservations are non-refundable, but can be transferred by filling out a transfer request form. 
• Guests are permitted to stay any number of nights between Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, and Monday, August 3rd, 2026, regardless of the dates selected during the reservation process. 
• The length of stay is based on selected check-in times. Check-in times are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance by clicking on the link in your Reservation Confirmation email and completing a check-in form.
• Selections can be changed by clicking the “Edit Submission” link in the check-in confirmation email. 
• The deadline to submit transfer requests, select check-in times, or change check-in times is July 20, 2026. 
• ​Transfer requests will not be accepted after the deadline and a $30 penalty will be assessed if a check-in time is not selected, or you arrive outside the selected window. Extended assistance delays may occur for unscheduled arrivals.  
• Permitted check-in times are as follows:
  • Wednesday, July 29: 2 - 10 pm
  • Thursday, July 30 - Sunday, August 2: 10 am - 10 pm
• Checkout is at 11 am on August 3, 2026.
• ​Oversized sites are for oversized units only, not group camping.
• If your unit does not fit in the selected site, you will be required to make another reservation, subject to availability.
• Adjoining sites in a lengthwise arrangement may be selected to fit oversized units if no other option exists. ​
• All sites are unserviced (no power, water, or sewage). 
• No fire pits or picnic tables are provided. 
• Camp stoves, propane fire pits, and barbeques may be used; however, no open fires are allowed. 
• Quiet time is 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the Countryside and Wildwood camping areas, and 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the Outland camping area. 
• Generator use is permitted outside of quiet time hours. 
• Campground gates will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. Campsites can be accessed after-hours by foot only. Guests needing to leave the property between midnight and 7:00 a.m. should leave their vehicles in event parking.
• A fully illuminated key box is located at the gates in case of emergency. 
• Pets are permitted but certain conditions apply (refer to campground policies)
• Festival admission is sold separately.
